Reported release-candidate validation
The following summarizes release-preparation evidence reported by AppParallax. It is not an independent product audit, a complete certification result, or a promise that every tenant configuration has been tested.
- Clean Microsoft tenant installation and configuration flow exercised.
- Configure Access, approval-route creation, and Validate Installation exercised.
- New-document request, multi-stage approvals, return for rework, resubmission, and controlled publication exercised.
- Lifecycle and recovery scenarios, including publication reconciliation controls, included in the acceptance program.
- Microsoft Solution Checker / Power Apps Checker currently reports no populated issues in the saved report used for release preparation.
Current product scope
DGH 1.2 includes new documents, revisions, periodic review, retirement, reactivation, future-effective activation, reminders/escalation, monitoring, issue views, protected review copies, controlled publication, and recovery tooling.
Current limitations
- Group-scoped access; no per-document information-barrier model.
- Source documents must be direct SharePoint file URLs on the configured site.
- No automatic cross-document supersession.
- No training/acknowledgment completion tracking.
- SharePoint business history is not represented as an immutable regulatory ledger.
- Marketplace certification and general availability are not yet complete.

Marketplace certification, final acquisition method, pricing, currency, license term, and included services will be confirmed in the published offer. Upgrade policy
Marketplace releases will use managed solutions. Customers should resolve in-flight runs before upgrades, preserve backups, and follow the version-specific upgrade notes. AppParallax will document material upgrade prerequisites and known issues for each release.
