My journey began in clinical pharmacy, where the way work gets done can shape both a patient’s experience and a team’s ability to help.
That perspective led me deeper into technology. I became interested in the operational blockers around the work: repetitive tasks, disconnected systems, difficult handoffs, and information that was hard to put into action.
AppParallax brings that experience into practical technology consulting. The goal is to understand the problem, build something useful, and help the people using it feel confident.

My experience spans digital patient experience, workflow automation, Microsoft Power Platform development, Salesforce and API integrations, and AI-enabled engagement. I work to translate business needs into tools and processes that make everyday work more manageable.
