From document request
to controlled publication.
Document Governance Hub (DGH) is a Microsoft 365 workflow solution for organizations that need a more consistent way to review, approve, publish, and maintain policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
Runs in your Microsoft environment
DGH uses customer-owned Microsoft 365 connections and customer-designated SharePoint containers. The current release has no AppParallax-hosted document data plane, custom connector, or external vendor API.
Approve the copy intended for publication
DGH creates a protected review copy, links reviewers to that copy, and verifies review evidence before controlled publication.
Monitoring and recovery are part of the product
Reminders, escalation, expiry, issue views, guarded processing, and publication reconciliation help administrators see and recover work that needs attention.
Clear updates.
Right in Teams.
Follow a document from submission to publication. These are illustrative renderings of the DGH notification content using fictional business details; actual Microsoft Teams appearance varies by client and configuration.

Context before the decision.
The assigned reviewer sees the stage, approval mode, due date, and instructions. A separate Microsoft Approval collects the decision.

Familiar submission options
Use native SharePoint intake, an authenticated manual submission flow, or optional customer-configured Microsoft Forms intake.
Reviews with structure
Configure stages, multiple approvers, and scoped or global fallback routes. Reviewers receive approvals linked to a protected review copy.
Lifecycle beyond first publication
DGH supports new documents, revisions, periodic review, retirement, reactivation, and future-effective documents while preserving controlled document identity.
Approval rules that mean what they say
Stages support All Must Approve or First Response Decides. Under First Response Decides, either an approval or a rejection ends the stage. A global route is a fallback, not an extra approver automatically added to every specific route.
Designed for controlled publication, not just approval email
DGH separates review content from the original source. Publication uses the reviewed bytes, guarded workflow ownership, lifecycle metadata, and document identity. Failed or partially completed publication can be inspected and, when the controlled version already exists and verification succeeds, reconciled without blindly republishing.
Your Microsoft environment
The current release uses SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Users, and Standard Approvals. Microsoft Forms is optional. Customer-owned connections and a customer-controlled service account are used for installation and runtime operations. See the prerequisites and licensing matrix before deployment.
Know the current boundaries
DGH uses group-scoped SharePoint access. It does not provide per-document information barriers or a tamper-proof regulatory ledger. Source files must be direct file URLs on the configured SharePoint site. Training acknowledgments and automatic cross-document supersession are outside this release. DGH does not by itself establish regulatory compliance.
